Farmers pick the uncollated rice grains from the rice straws. The locals call it “panghihimalay”.

Fish pens are one of the familiar scenes in Pandi. It is dominantly located in Barangays Manatal and Bagbaguin.
Back to zero. After harvesting the rice grains, the farmers start again to plow the land. This is also a time where some migratory birds tag along trying to prey some insects and frogs.
Duck raising is also one of the prime local businesses in Pandi. The eggs are used for salted egg or balut (boiled embryo egg).
Kids fondly play in trees and eat their fresh fruit harvest.
